HR & Recruiting Text Message Terms & Conditions

Balance Hormone Center, LLC (“Balance Hormone Center,” “we,” “us”) offers a text message (SMS) program for one-on-one communication between our Human Resources team and job applicants, candidates, and current employees.

This program is separate from our patient text message program. For terms covering appointment-related messages sent to patients, see our Patient SMS Terms & Conditions.

What messages you may receive

If you consent to receive text messages from our HR team, you may receive individual, conversational messages relating to:

Recruiting and hiring — interview scheduling, application status, offers, and employment agreements
Onboarding — first-day logistics, paperwork, and benefits enrollment questions
Employment matters — responses to HR questions or requests you have raised

All messages are sent individually by a member of our HR team. We do not send marketing, promotional, or automated bulk messages through this program.

How you enroll (opt-in)

You may consent to receive HR text messages by:

Checking the SMS consent box and providing your mobile number on a Balance Hormone Center employment application; or
Checking the SMS consent box and providing your mobile number in new-hire onboarding documentation; or
Sending a text message to the HR number we have provided to you, which we treat as your consent to reply by text.

Consent is not required in order to apply for a position, to be considered for employment, or as a condition of employment. You may decline text messages and communicate with us by phone or email instead.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. Messages are sent only as part of an individual conversation and depend on what you and our HR team are discussing.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Balance Hormone Center does not charge for this program; any charges come from your mobile carrier under your own plan.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message from us to cancel. You will receive a single confirmation message and will not receive further HR text messages. To re-enroll, reply START.

Opting out of text messages does not affect your application, your employment, or your ability to reach us by phone or email.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is outside our control.

Information you provide in connection with this program is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
