My Weight Loss Journey – by Kelly O

“I’ve struggled with my weight for the last 9 years. I’ve tried a ton of different ways to lose weight. Everything from diets to exercise, to starving myself, to a bunch of “fad” things that go around.  I always gained all the weight back and more. In July of 2018, I was at my heaviest weight of 205 lb. I felt depressed, alone, and just gross. I was very unhealthy. My kids were worried about me and begging me to lose weight.

I started watching what I was eating and making better choices. I got down 185 lb. Then it happened… I got stuck again!  I was frustrated and ready to quit. A friend of mine recommended that I go see Dr. Cafaro at Balance Hormone Center. I was impressed with  Dr. Cafaro and his staff immediately. Dr. Cafaro took all of the time he needed to with me. He  explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. He is very caring and understanding.

I started with the program that Dr. Cafaro put me on.  I stuck to the plan and the weight started coming off! I was so happy and excited that I was finally having success. I was even starting to feel better. I added a  nutritional cleansing system to my program. When I started fueling my body with amazing superfood, along with Dr. Cafaro’s program, the weight just started melting off!

I have now reached my weight loss goal. I have shed over 60 lbs!  I never thought that I would reach 145 pounds. I feel the best I have ever felt and the youngest I have ever felt. I can share clothes with my 12 year old daughter! I can never thank Dr. Cafaro and his staff enough! I do not even have the words to express my gratitude. Dr. Cafaro and his staff are amazing and their support and encouragement has meant so much!”
