Nicole Fallacaro has been practicing as a board-certified Physician Assistant since 2005. She was born and raised in New York City. She earned her Physician Assistant degree from Wagner College in Staten Island, New York. She has experience in various areas of medicine from surgery to family practice to aesthetics. In 2014, she pursued her passion of aesthetics and trained at National Laser institute where she obtained certification in cosmetic lasers and injectables both neuromodulators and dermal fillers. She loves practicing a combination of aesthetics, wellness and preventative care to help patients feel their best inside and out. Her goal for her patients is to give them a sense of confidence, beauty and rejuvenation that modern medicine has to offer.

Nicole lives in Chandler with her husband, newborn baby girl and their four dogs. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her new baby and family, shopping, and working out at Orange Theory fitness.
