Kim is a board-certified nurse practitioner with over 10 years of experience in the medical field, specializing in cardiology, cardiac procedures, and emergency care. She earned her BSN from Western Illinois University in 2014 and completed her master’s degree at Olivet Nazarene University in 2021.

Originally from Chicago, Kim moved to Arizona three years ago. Kim’s passion for functional medicine and preventative care stems from her extensive healthcare background and personal experience with fitness and sports. These have deepened her understanding of the critical link between optimal health and overall well-being. She is committed to helping others achieve their best health by focusing on hormone balance, exercise, and nutrition to promote wellness and longevity.

Outside of her professional life, Kim is loves to travel, having visited over 25 countries. She stays active through Pilates, yoga, and strength training. Kim also enjoys a good cup of coffee, spending time outdoors, and cherishing moments with her husband and puppy.
