Jacquelyn is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Born and raised in Arizona, she began her nursing career in Intensive Care, where she gained a strong foundation in acute, complex patient care. During her Master’s program, she discovered a growing passion for prevention and lifestyle medicine, recognizing the need for deeper, more sustainable approaches to health beyond traditional tertiary care.

Guided by this perspective, she built a long-term career in medical weight management, developing special interest in aesthetics and hormone optimization. Jacquelyn believes that true transformation stems from understanding the body as a whole- where metabolic health, hormones, and confidence work together to support long-term wellness.. Her approach focuses on providing sustainable solutions rather than temporary fixes, emphasizing individualized care that improves patient outcomes through evidence-based lifestyles strategies, education, and tailored treatment plans.

She is dedicated to helping her patients feel their best from the inside out, integrating health, longevity, and self-confidence into every plan of care. Outside of her career, Jacquelyn is deeply family-oriented and loves spending quality time with her loved ones. She is married and has a son, daughter and one granddaughter she loves spending time with. She enjoys traveling whenever she gets the opportunity, exploring new places, cultures, and experiences that inspire her both personally and professionally. At home, she loves baking and cooking, especially when it is shared with family and friends.
