AMY WHITE, FNP-C
(PEORIA, AZ BRANCH)

Healthy aging begins long before chronic illness develops, and I am passionate about helping patients take proactive steps now to protect their future health, independence, and quality of life. After spending years caring for older adults with chronic illnesses, I witnessed firsthand how conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, obesity, loss of muscle mass, and hormonal changes can gradually diminish a person’s quality of life. Those experiences shaped my belief that many of these challenges can be prevented—or significantly improved—by taking a proactive approach to health long before they become debilitating.
I have been providing medical care throughout the Valley for more than 15 years. Much of my career has been spent delivering in-home medical care and house call services, where I had the privilege of caring for patients in the comfort of their own homes. This unique experience allowed me to see the everyday challenges people face in maintaining their health—from limited mobility and chronic illness to lifestyle barriers and lack of preventive care. It also reinforced my passion for helping people take control of their health earlier in life, before chronic disease takes hold.
My mission is to help men and women optimize their health through hormone balancing, weight management and preventive wellness strategies. I believe that by investing in our health today, we can create stronger, healthier, more vibrant years ahead. My goal is not simply to help patients lose weight or feel better in the moment, but to help them build a foundation for longevity, vitality, and a higher quality of life as they age.
I earned my Registered Nurse degree through the Banner Health Fellowship Program before completing my Master of Science in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner education at Grand Canyon University in Phoenix. Throughout my career, I have remained committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care while building lasting relationships with my patients.
Outside of medicine, I am a wife and proud mother of four children. My husband and I are raising two young children while cheering on our two adult children as they pursue their own paths. We have called the Peoria area home for most of our lives and feel incredibly grateful to serve the community that has shaped our family. When I’m not caring for patients, you’ll likely find us traveling together, tackling home improvement projects, or spending time outdoors creating new memories as a family.
Whether your goal is increased energy, improved body composition, enhanced performance, or simply feeling like yourself again, I am committed to partnering with you on a personalized journey toward long-term wellness. My hope is to help every patient look better, feel better, and live healthier—not just for today, but for decades to come.
Call for your new patient appointment today and let’s start the journey towards feeling better!
